Built by someone who knows people learn differently.
Kiwa ASI Training was built by Josh Clauser — and built on a simple truth: no two people learn the same way. Some absorb a concept by reading it. Some need to write it down. Some have to watch it happen, and some only really get it when they see it play out on the floor.
Josh knows that firsthand. As someone on the autism spectrum living with a learning difference, he has always understood that no two people take in information the same way. But he saw it most clearly while teaching community nutrition at the University of Connecticut — working alongside his students in the neighborhoods of Hartford, leading WIC sessions and after-school programs where a single lesson had to land for a young mother, a grandparent, and a child all in the same room. The people who got it weren't always the ones who could pass a quiz. And the ones who struggled on paper often understood the material better than anyone. So when he set out to build these courses, he refused to pick one style and call it training.
Every Kiwa ASI course is built with all of it: written lessons for the readers, downloadable pocket cards for the note-takers, scripted video for the watchers, and real-world scenarios pulled from actual audit findings for the people who learn by doing. That's not a feature. That's the whole point.
