    Seats for a floor or several sites are set up on our side. Tell us the course, roughly how many people, and where they are — we'll set it up with you and every learner gets their own certificate.

  2. Certificates & training records

    Certificates are saved to your profile the moment you pass. Can't find one, or need a name corrected? Include the course and the email you trained under.

  3. Sign-in & course access

    Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page first. Still locked out, or a course won't open? Tell us the email you registered with and what you see.

  4. Audits, certification & everything else

Is every course free?

Several courses are free; others are priced per learner. Each course page shows its price before you enroll, and there's nothing to pay for creating an account.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Every course ends in a dated, per-person certificate carrying the kiwa | ASI mark, issued when you pass. It's saved to your school profile, so you can download it again any time.

Where's a certificate I already earned?

Sign in and open your profile — every certificate you've earned is there. If one is missing or the name on it is wrong, send us a message with the course and the email you trained under.

Can I enroll my whole team?

Yes. For a coworker or three, each person enrolls the same way you did. For a whole floor or several sites, send us a message — seats are set up on our side, everyone trains at their own pace, and each learner gets their own certificate.

Can I train on my phone?

Yes — any device with a browser, even a phone on break. Your progress saves to your account, so you can stop and pick up where you left off.

I need an audit or certification, not training.

Kiwa ASI is a third-party auditing, certification, and training company. For audits and certification programs, go through the main office at asifood.com.
